Live plant status
What is happening now, on screens drawn from your P&IDs.
- Every signal, live: levels, flows, pressures, temperatures
- Equipment running, stopped or in fault
- Setpoints and commands your operators send from the same screens
Amtiri's engineers study your process, design the control and monitoring system, build it on Data Orchester and bring it into service with your team, from one pump room to a network of sites linked in real time.
A control and monitoring system is worth the information it gives you. Every project starts from the decisions you take and the information they need. We write that list down with you, build the system to deliver it, and check each item against the plant before handover.
What is happening now, on screens drawn from your P&IDs.
Indicators computed live from your own signals, each with its formula, unit and period agreed with you.
How the plant behaved, over any period you choose.
What went wrong, and where.
What the history says, and what to change.
The same information, wherever else you need it.
All of it in a browser, on desktop, tablet and phone, signed in through your own directory if you have one.
Before anything is built, the list is written down with you: every KPI with its formula, unit and period, every chart with its signals. At handover, each one is checked against the plant's own readings.
Four services that follow a project from start to finish.
01
An engineer's view of what you have and what you need, before money goes into hardware or licences.
02
From your P&IDs to a design your integrator and your operators can check before anything is built.
03
We build the system on Data Orchester and bring it into service with your team.
04
Once it runs, we help keep it running.
PLC programs and field works are carried out by specialist partners that Amtiri subcontracts. You sign one contract, with Amtiri, and deal with one point of contact.
What you receive at each step.
A first conversation about your process, the equipment already in place, and the decisions the system must support.
A written scope with a first information list, deliverables, schedule and price.
The information list fixed, with the signal list, control narrative, field-work specifications, communications and screens, reviewed with you before anything is built.
The PLC program and field works by our subcontractors, the running system, every signal tested against the PLC and every KPI and chart checked against the plant's readings, operators trained and documentation handed over.
Support, upgrades and changes as the plant grows, and analysis of the history if agreed, for as long as you want them.
